Do you offer technical support?
We try our best to help where possible, especially with compatibility questions and basic troubleshooting. However, we cannot provide full repair training or guarantee installation success.
My package says “Delivered” but I can’t find it.
Please check with neighbors or household members, inspect safe drop-off locations, and contact your local carrier first. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping provider, responsibility may transfer to the recipient where legally applicable.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected (2 years from delivery).
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send: clear photos, packaging images, and a description of the problem. All cases are reviewed individually.

Please note: If a product has been installed, modified, soldered, or physically altered by you beyond what was necessary for inspection, value compensation may apply in case of a return. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights (2 years from delivery).
